How will we meet?
Sessions will be conducted using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform called Simple Practice.
You can attend sessions virtually from anywhere in New York and New Jersey.
What is the cost?
I accept the following insurances: United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Oscar, Oxford
Without insurance, sessions cost $100 per hr.
Having financial difficulties? Apply for hardship/sliding scale pricing.
What can I expect from sessions with you?
The first session will consist of "get to know you" questions. Beyond that, sessions will feel natural and conversational. I may assign "homework" in the form of skills to practice, worksheets, book and podcast recommendations to utilize outside of sessions. I want this to be a place where you can not only have a sounding board for your struggles, but also walk away with confidence to handle them.
