Hi! My name is Katie and I am a licensed mental health therapist. I am very much “me” in and out of therapy. I try to remain humble, down to earth, and engaging, in hopes that others will feel comfortable. I believe in the art of conversation, as it seems listening and talking to one another is sometimes lacking in our lives. I hope to create a safe space where you feel comfortable stepping into your true self. When I’m not conducting sessions, I’m typically spending time with family and friends, connecting with nature and music, or showing love to my dogs!
